What SafetyPoint is

SafetyPoint is a confidential reporting and case-management service. We review reports involving extortion, sextortion, blackmail, coercion, doxxing, impersonation, threats, and related online harms, and where appropriate we may help connect people with resources or refer matters onward.

What SafetyPoint is not

SafetyPoint is an independent, non-governmental reporting and referral service. It is not a law-enforcement agency, emergency dispatcher, court, or investigative authority. SafetyPoint does not make arrests, prosecute cases, determine guilt, or guarantee a particular outcome from a report.

Acceptable use

You may use SafetyPoint to submit good-faith reports and to check the status of a report you filed. You must not knowingly submit false, fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful reports, and you should only provide information you are permitted to share.

No file uploads

SafetyPoint does not accept file attachments, images, videos, or other uploaded evidence. Do not attempt to upload or transmit illegal content through the service. Evidence should be described in writing or shared as a link where permitted.

Staff and account rules

Staff members who access internal tools must follow SafetyPoint's internal policies, keep credentials confidential, and use the system only for legitimate case-management work.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but it may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, technical issues, or events outside our control.

Limitation of liability

SafetyPoint is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, SafetyPoint is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

Termination

We may restrict or terminate access for anyone who abuses the service or violates these Terms.
